  • All credit card payments are made via SSL and are handled by our payment gateway Stripe. We do not ever store your credit card details on our servers. Custom orders will be invoiced accordingly.

Refunds/ Credits/ Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of the handmade products, refunds cannot be made if the order has been completed. All workshop, recipes and cakes/desserts are FINAL SALE.

  • Our workshops take place in a home studio, they are small and intimate for the best learning experience; can accommodate up to 10 students. All supplies and tools are provided for each course. Classes may be cancelled if fewer than the required number of students enroll. Every effort will be made to avoid canceling classes. If a class is cancelled, a full refund will be issued back to the original form of payment. Full payment is required to RSVP. The workshops/classes are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE.

  • We staff and make purchases on your behalf in advance of the class regardless of your actual attendance. We also have limited space which makes it important for us to have an exact guest count since we often have to turn away potential students when classes fill. Because we are a 100% reservation based business, we have to adhere to a very specific policy regarding cancellation.

  • If you are signed up for a class, we require a week notice of cancellation for a full credit to a future scheduled class. This policy is in fairness to our instructor, who performs prep-work prior to classes requiring their time and the purchase of supplies to ensure that you have a successful class experience. If the notice is less than a week, a re-enrollment/schedule FEE will be required. If you cancel up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to your class, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit only. Within 72 hours prior to your class we CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR CREDIT under any circumstances as we have very limited space available and require advanced reservations for all classes.

  • No refunds or credits will be given to changes or cancellations made on the day of the class or for no shows — without exception.
